Summer has arrived! The perfect moment to go out and enjoy a good atmosphere and a tasty food. At Alcazaba Premium Hostel, our hostel in Spain in the very heart of downtown Malaga, we have given a fresh touch to our gastronomic offering… If you are wondering what to do in Malaga this summer, we will make it easy for you… check out below our 3 gastronomic novelties for this amazing season!

1) Snacking at our Rooftop Terrace

We know how good you feel on our Rooftop Terrace and how hard it is leaving when you get hungry. That is why we have prepared a snack menu that will allow you keep on enjoying the weather and the outstanding views of Malaga and its Alcazaba.

Croquettes, salads or hamburgers are some of the dishes that you can already order at our Terrace. Come and taste them!

2) Sushi Show Cooking 

Thanks to the success of the Sushi Show Cooking evening we had in May, we decided to include it as a regular activity for every Thursday and Friday in July, from 9PM to midnight.

You will be able to experience live how makis, nigiris or uramakis are made and to taste these Asian delights.

3) Updated Menu in Batik Restaurant

Inspired on the magic of the summer, our chef has renewed the Batik menu with delicious dishes such as Peach Gazpacho, Kumato Tomato or Prawn Tartare…

Once our novelties for the summer have been presented, we would like to share with you one recognition we feel very proud of. The well-known Spanish newspaper Diario Sur has paid attention once again to our Restaurant and published an article to highlight our gastronomic innovation and creativity.
