Finally, autumn has arrived in Málaga. In Batik, we are ready and steady to play with all the different ingredients this season has to offer us.
Chestnuts, venison, duck and walnuts are some of the main characters you will find in our ten days of “Autumn Leaves”, of course starring the superstar of this time of the year: mushrooms. Their versatility and their earthy taste make them a not to miss of this season.
Our chef created these 5 dishes specially inspired by the harvest season; You can have a taste of them from 17th until 27th November at Batik, located on the 4thfloor of Alcazaba Premium Hostel.
