New Holiday Apartments in Malaga City Centre
Premium Group expands its accommodation offer in 2021 in the capital of the Costa del Sol. Hotel Alcazaba Premium and Malaga Premium Hotel are now joined by 18 holiday apartments by the name of Malaga Premium Apartments with a 2-key category.
The new member of the Premium family aims to be ready to open its doors in March 2021, provided that the health situation and the mobility and travel restrictions do not prevent it.
With a maximum capacity of up to 68 guests, the Premium Group’s new accommodation building located in Malaga city centre has rooms of between 29 and 64 square metres, spreading over five floors. Thus, the Group seeks to consolidate its position as a reference point for tourist accommodation in Malaga centre with an increasingly versatile offer adapted to all types of visitors.
In its 10 years of history, the Premium Group has established itself as a benchmark in the tourism and gastronomic sector in the capital of Malaga. On this occasion, it is committed to the restoration of a building in the old town with an interior design inspired by the Austrian artist Ernst Caramelle, with a contemporary style in which geometric shapes and Nordic-style furniture stand out. But there are more surprises in-store in this six-storey building.
La Terraza del Quizás: The New Rooftop Terrace in Malaga
While the first five floors of the building contain the new Premium Group holiday apartments, on the sixth floor preparations are being finalised for the fourth Premium rooftop terrace. Following the steps of La Terraza de la Alcazaba, La Terraza Oasis and La Terraza de San Juan now comes La Terraza del Quizás. A chillout terrace in the heart of Malaga with a hippie chic style that combines a colourful and carefree decor with today’s bohemian and sophisticated design.
In these difficult times for tourism, hotels, restaurants and leisure, Premium Group continues to invest efforts in Malaga knowing that, when everything returns to normal, the city and its thousands of visitors will respond positively to this new commitment of the group.
From Hotel Alcazaba Premium we can only wish that time passes soon and we can toast on the terraces of the Group to a successful future for these new accommodation and leisure establishments in the heart of Malaga.
