In these 11 dishes of the new menu, including one starter and three desserts, we find all the tradition of our cuisine perfectly combined with the most exotic cuisine, our undisputed hallmark.
Novelties of the Restaurant at Our Hostel in Malaga
Among the main incorporations, we can see how fresher dishes, typical in our summer menu, give way to more intense flavours… so, dishes such as the lukewarm salad with roasted cherry tomatoes and Brie will melt on your palate.
Now, meats take the predominant position that summer fishes left, with proposals such as the teriyaki pork cheeks or the lamb kefta with herbs hamburger. But the chef did not forget the fish. The tasty roasted salmon with green pepper sauce and cauliflower cous-cous will be every diner’s pleasure at Batik.
As a snack, or for sharing, Mario Rosado presents us the miso aubergine hummus with papadum a trip full of flavours from the Arab, Japanese and Indian cuisines.
As a dessert, how about a 70% chocolate ingot with nut brownie? Maybe an Apfelstrudel with chestnut ice cream? We know it is difficult to resist…
But those are just a few of the 11 new dishes from our new autumn menu. Don’t you want to come and try them? Book your table now and stop thinking about where to eat in Malaga.
