Are you looking for the perfect accommodation for the Feria de Málaga 2022? The most popular party in southern Spain during the summer is about to start and at the Hotel Alcazaba Premium we have everything ready for you to live it like a local.
It does not matter if you are one of those who prefer to enjoy the parties while the sun is shining, at the Day Fair, or if you are one of those who let yourself be carried away by the magic of the Casetas, the lights and the lanterns at the Night Fair, in the Cortijo de Torres fairgrounds. At our boutique hotel in downtown Malaga, you will find all the services and amenities to make your experience unforgettable. Are you ready to live a week full of emotions? We give you a preview of all that’s coming.
1) Feria de Malaga in August – Live it at Hotel Alcazaba Premium
In Malaga you can already breathe the festive atmosphere. The streets of the city centre are decorated with lanterns and everything is ready to experience one of the most awaited fairs after two years of absence due to Covid.
At the Hotel Alcazaba Premium we propose you a perfect holiday. Thanks to our location in the very heart of Malaga, you can enjoy all the activities that take place in the historic centre of the city. Stroll along Calle Larios and let yourself be carried away by the atmosphere, in which you will see people singing and flamenco dancing.
But we know that if there is anything that makes a difference in the city it is its gastronomy. You should not miss a walk through the best places to enjoy Malaga’s tapas and wines. Corners where you can enjoy our rich gastronomic heritage, of course; the Feria de Malaga, is also savoured.
2) Discover the Feria de Malaga 2022 Bite after Bite
Life is made to be enjoyed and from Grupo Premium we know that one of the greatest pleasures is in the art of eating and drinking. Therefore, we have prepared our establishments to offer you a unique gastronomic experience during the Feria de Malaga 2022.
Many of you could live a different and original beginning of parties in one of our reference places: Bendito. On August 12th we kicked off with the tasting menu that our chef Mario Rosado prepared to welcome this very special Fair. The menu is made of six elaborations that perfectly combined innovative and creative culinary techniques with the typical products of our land. And all this, accompanied by the most iconic wines of the province. It was such a success!
But the week goes on and we don’t want you to miss out on the funniest plans. One of them, undoubtedly, we have at the Factory.
3) Feria de Malaga 2022 – Dance it Off at La Fabrica
A stone’s throw from the Hotel Alcazaba Premium, in the heart of Soho in Malaga (Arts District), you will find the favourite place of all those who love good beer: La Fábrica, where you can enjoy a concert program accompanied by a good craft beer, very fresh, throughout the big week of the city (from August 13 to 20).
As you can see, we’re not done with the Day Fair yet. The best hits of national and international Pop and Rock from the 60s and 70s await you from the groups The Botles and Queen of Magic, on August 14 and 17. They will play mythical themes of the Beatles and Queen and with which, we promise, you will not be able to stop dancing.
But that’s not all. At La Fábrica, there is also a commitment to local art. The local 2group Jarrillo Lata will delight everyone who comes to La Fábrica with its best flamenco repertoire divided into three acts. All this with Encarni Navarro and José Callejón.
Oh! If you come to have fun at La Fábrica, we give you a recommendation that you should note: do not leave without trying the Cruzcampo Mijilla or Cruzcampo Malagueta beer, created in honor of the city. Its taste will surprise you.
4) The Afternoon Rooftop-ing in Malaga – The Prelude to the Nights Fair
You know what it is to enjoy the plans of the Day Fair, but there are still a few hours left to start animating the fairgrounds Cortijo de Torres, right? Don’t worry, the afternoon rooftop-ing in Malaga is a must during the summer, especially if the city is partying.
If what you are looking for is to relax a little before the fair begins, then the Terraza la Alcazaba will become your favorite corner of our boutique hotel. Our chill out terrace is perfect for enjoying a cocktail with incredible views of the monumental complex of the Alcazaba.
You can also discover the most daring cocktail menu in the central San Telmo terrace, or let yourself be carried away by a bohemian and welcoming atmosphere in the Terraza del Quizás, where you can also admire an impressive skyline of the historic centre with its main monuments. You’ll want to come back every day!
Still have doubts about where you should stay during the Feria de Malaga 2022? It is clear for us. At our Hotel Alcazaba Premium we will ensure that your experience during these holidays is completely Premium.
