Bocados de Málaga, a gastronomic and cultural journey of a different kind

On the 13th of June at 20:00 hours, set off on an exquisite gastronomic journey with our renowned Chef Mario Rosado, who has prepared an exclusive menu that will take you by the hand through the flavours of Malaga’s history. Enjoy delicious dishes while our expert guide spices up the evening with commentary that delves into the secrets and history of our city. Doesn’t that sound good?

We begin this experience for all the senses with The Roman Theatre, the first of the delicacies based on Malaga’s gastronomy, an exquisite ajoblanco of almonds with smoked sardines and iced grape drink full of freshness.

After this delicious starter, we continue our gastronomic journey to another of Malaga’s most recognisable icons, El cenachero, an excellent ceviche of horse mackerel with mint and avocado from Vélez, an exquisite, finger-licking local product. We will leave behind this classic icon of our city to reach our next stop and main course. There, La Alcazaba awaits us with its delicious goat meatballs, a la pastoril on couscous with raisins and almonds. There it is. Just look out the window.

We will end our tour at Picasso’s Birthplace, where we will put the final sweet touch and savour our delicious dessert, the pistachio and raspberry cubism.
