Let’s now move on to the main courses. Indulge yourself with our Norwegian salmon with coconut bechamel, roasted leeks, and mangetout. Indeed, this delicacy will leave you speechless but don’t forget to improve it with the incredible taste of Verdejo Carramimbre. When you have recovered from this unique proposal, enjoy the succulent Porkbelly with peach, pumpkin, and star anise tea, whose flavour could only be accompanied by an exquisite Bordón de Anglade.
