Unlike the two previous options, our “Gold” menu has four starters to share. Payoyo cheese spread with locally grown mango, Organic tomato, burrata cheese and crunchy bacon with sweet almond vinaigrette and balsamic vinegar, Alcazaba lamb and peppermint pastries, and 63° egg, tuna tartare and coconut vichyssoise. Designed for all tastes, but, above all, for the most demanding palates.

The debate about the fish or meat will have to be settled with Roasted and marinated octopus on fresh corn humita and the juicy Duck thigh with amontillado wine sauce, sweet potato and roasted pears. Two delicate elaborations to match the dates and celebrations.

The menu is closed by a dessert that lives up to its name. It’s not gold, but at this point, I’m sure you’d prefer 70% Chocolate Ingot with sweet wine heart, and Chantilly strawberries from Batik.
