In addition, this menu will include a selected wine pairing, chosen by our experts to make this dinner a unique sensory experience. Let’s see what dishes surprise us.
On July 27 at 20:30, Batik offers you a menu paired with wine with dishes that are a real delight. We start with the exquisite crispy and cured tuna toast with pepper salad, a mix of flavours that will leave you speechless. To expand the sensations, our experts recommend pairing this dish with La Deliciosa, a Palomino grape wine with Sanlúcar de Barrameda designation of origin. Delicious!
To continue this sensory journey, our chef proposes honeyed rice with marmitako and saffron cream, katsuobushi flakes and rocket sprouts. A very exotic experience that will be augmented with the Menade wine pairing, an incredible sauvignon from Rueda. What do you think of this pairing?
